Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as food and personal care items. Please do not send your purchase prior to having communicated with us.
Exchanges
We may replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to inquire about exchanging an item due to unsatisfactory quality, please send us an email or call.
If your item is incorrect or damaged in transit, you should document the damage (take a picture and a timestamp) and submit the loss to the postal carrier. USPS Priority Mail insures all packages up to $50.00.
Shipping
We will ship your order anywhere in the United States and Canada, often via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We will process your order within 2 business days; please allow an additional 2-3 business days for shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. When we ship your package, you will be provided with a tracking number, which will appear in your Account -> Orders and will be sent to you via e-mail or text.
